Shipping & Handling
All orders are sent out via AUSTRALIA POST. Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or the site name purchased from. We have to include a sender's name and address as per Australia Post policies on the packaging, but this name will be generic and will not include any reference to sextoys.com.au.
Same Day Dispatch
If your order is placed before 2.00pm Monday-Friday (AEST), your order will be dispatched on the same day (excluding orders placed during public holidays). If you've missed the 2.00pm cut off time, or for reasons your order was not dispatched on the same day, it will be dispatched the next working day.

Discreet Packaging
We understand how important discretion is in our industry. We do not put any reference to this website or your products on the packaging. It comes in a plain box. Furthermore, we ship from Sydney, so it won’t have to go through customs.

Australian Deliveries
Currently we only ship to addresses within Australia. You have the following options available when placing your order.
Standard shipping 2-7 working days - $9.99 AUD per order (FREE shipping over $60)
Some deliveries may take slightly longer than stated, especially those outside metropolitan areas. This service requires a signature. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
Express shipping 1-3 working days - $12.99 AUD per order
This service also requires a signature. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
Free Returns
We stand behind our products and are sure you will love them. If we have an inaccurate description or image for any product or you’re not happy with the purchase, we will provide a full refund for the error within 14 working days.Due to the nature of our industry we unfortunately cannot allow returns or refunds due to change of mind. We are dedicated to ensuring the hygienic safety of our customers and staff.
In some cases, you will have to pay for return shipping, but we will refund the full amount you paid for your product. We dispose of all our returned products in an environmentally friendly way.
