Its super powerful, I haven't even used it on full blast because the lower settings worked really well for me. Pretty good for the money.

What a fantastic vibrator! This is my first massager and the power is phenomenal! I used it for the first time last night and I'm glad no one was home because I screamed so loud I probably woke the neighbours up!
I was originally going to buy the medisil magic touch, but when I saw this one was the same price I decided to compare the two. I went the Blush massager because it had far better features. I like that it has more speed settings and the fact that the cord can be removed is a major bonus. Not sure why medisil didn't think of this. Anyway, it charges super quick, and its ready to go. And the attachments are much cheaper on the blush - I got all 4 of them - so far I've only tried the g-spot one and it was great, I can't wait to give the other ones ago.
I'm very happy with it so far.

I dont usually write reviews, but i must say i was very impressed with this vibrator. I got it because i was tired of my small vibes and constantly buying batteries. Its way more powerful than anything else ive tried, and i love the fact that i can just plug it into the wall and charge it up. its also good that once its charged you take off the cable so its easy to use. And trust me ladies, its got enough power for any woman ha ha! I'm prob gonna get some extra attachments too, the gspot one looks like fun!
