HELPING YOUR PARTNER FIND YOUR G-SPOT
2012
Start off with some foreplay and make sure that you are well aroused – the G-spot is much easier to find in this state. Many couples find that using fingers is generally easier to hit the G-spot than using the penis. The key to remember is to guide your partner through it – use your hands on theirs, and move your hips to put your body into the right position.
The most common advice it to have your partner insert two fingers, palm facing up (if you are lying on your back) and have them stroke the top wall of your vagina in a ‘come here’ motion. It’s not about ‘in and out’ penetrative movements but rather an ‘anchor and pull’ type of motion. They can use firm, controlled pressure with their index and middle finger, whilst using their thumb to cup around the outside of the vagina to stimulate the clitoris.
Once your partner understands what feels good for you, it should be fairly easy for them to find it again. Also, once your partner has made you orgasm with their fingers, they will have a better understanding of how to hit that spot with their penis or with a sex toy.
